She has called six states home over the course of her life — New Jersey, New York, California, Georgia, Colorado and now Arizona — and Arizona is the winner! She’s owned and sold homes in multiple states, rented in others and navigated the entire spectrum of the real estate experience from both sides.
Her personal experience, combined with 20+ years in property management, has given her a vast understanding of what it takes to relocate, buy, and sell with confidence. Property management taught her the business side of real estate regarding contracts, maintenance, tenant/owner relations, market value, and what makes a property work and what doesn’t. That knowledge translates directly into better service for every client she works with.
